Can orders be picked up directly from your warehouse?

We regret to inform you that customers cannot pick up orders directly from the warehouse. All orders are prepared and shipped daily.

Can I request expedited shipping for my order?

There is no need to request expedited shipping as all orders are prepared in the morning and sent daily through shipping companies except on Fridays. No orders are delayed unless there are exceptional circumstances, and orders cannot be prepared or shipped outside the daily processing schedule.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For orders from Makkah warehouse: We have calculated the average delivery times for each region to help you predict delivery times by area: Jeddah and Makkah: 1 day; Riyadh and cities in Qassim and the Central region: 2 days; cities in the Eastern region: 2-3 days; cities in the Southern region: 2 days; cities on the West Coast: 1-2 days; cities in the Northern Borders region: 3 days.

For the Riyadh warehouse: Delivery is on the same day if the order is placed before 11:30 AM. Delivery to other cities takes between 1-2 days depending on the distance from Riyadh.

The cost of local shipping is fixed for all cities and all orders regardless of weight, the cost of shipping per order is as follows:
